Who Said?
There is the well-known saying:
Those who can, do.
George Bernard Shaw:
Those who can’t, teach.
1905 stage play – Man and Superman
We’ve all had a teacher who is clearly incompetent at their chosen field and, instead, had chosen to teach others who are less informed and more vulnerable. These factors decrease the likelihood of being caught out, like they were in their field of employment. It is, however, highly insulting to those who teach. It is a job that can build beautiful minds and change lives. We wish to officially put it on record and state:
Those who can, do.
PINK COLLAR WORKERS

Protect yourself and your mental well-being, with these reframes, 52 in total, and the messages that are associated to rebuild your confidence.
Even better, rewrite them to suit your needs.
Only you know what’s best for you and your situation.

Self-help, the best form of remedy, can be your safest when faced with a bully because many people will not believe victims, despite evidence to the contrary. These cards can help reframe your situation, but do reach out to others and professionals if you’re struggling, especially when faced with symptoms, such as rumination and negative self-talk. Symptoms like these are a by-product of a bull but only you can make them go away. No matter what, the first step to moving through the cycle of abuse is to admit rumination, negative self-talk, sabotage and doubt are not welcome when you’re already under attack.
