Workplace Tools

The one common theme we encounter too frequently is all of those workplace regrets. It’s the coulda-shoulda-woulda statements carried around long after the incident has ended, that create more damage. They sit on our shoulders, incessant and never-ending chitter chatter, doing more damage than the bully ever could. It is time to let them go and get on with the new, not the old. Use these as a guide but modify them and add your own authentic style to the healing process.

Fact: Documentation drains.

Tool 1: To learn the lesson.

Tool 2: To regain space.

Outcome: Reward yourself.
